I’m Krystal Cyprian, MSN, PHN, NEA-BC, RN- the founder of Tea Tyme Coaching, based in San Antonio, Texas. I have over 20 years of leadership experience. As a Market Chief Nurse Executive, I have had the honor of guiding numerous individuals and teams toward empowerment and success.

 

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with supervisors, managers, senior leaders, and executives to inspire individuals to reach their full potential. I believe that leadership is a skill that can be learned; with the right tools and training, you and your team can truly thrive.

As a Leadership Coach, my passion is helping leaders build strong, diverse, and multi-generational teams. When leaders clearly communicate their mission, vision, and values, they can achieve what once seemed impossible.

 

In my role as a Market Chief Nurse Executive, I have coached high-performing professionals across various states, facilitating their leadership development and career growth. Drawing on my clinical nursing background, management experience, and expertise in change management within High Reliability Organizations, I provide training and workshops on a range of topics, including strategic planning, productivity management, effective communication, crucial conversations, burnout prevention, and work-life integration.

 

My coaching philosophy is rooted in compassion, creativity, and courage. I understand the challenges of fast-paced, ambiguous work environments and the need for balance between professional and personal life. My aim is to create tailored pathways based on each client’s learning style and coaching objectives.

 

As a wife and mother of three and a beautiful daughter in love I have had the privilege of supporting them in their own Hero’s Journey. My Son who is a Marine, one Daughter in Medical school and the other in the Navy completing Nursing School were my first clients. I had to learn work life balance as an leader and I am excited to leverage my experiences, ontological approach, and insights to support others in their professional journey.
